Future Air

In 2005 we were contacted by a flight school on Georgian Bay. Their website was clunky and out of date, and difficult to update. They asked us not only for a new layout, but to create a website that would allow them to run their business. They wanted a piece of software that would allow students to book planes, get resources and lessons, and interact directly with their instructors.

Within 3 months we delivered software to them with the following features:

• A clean, modern layout that is easy to read and navigate
• A multi-level private member area
• A method for tracking pilot hours, adhering to complex government regulations
• A booking system, with reports on measurable criteria
• A file management system for uploading and maintaining instructional material
• Full Search Engine Optimization for their target demographics

The updated Future Air website has increased business for the flight school significantly, and places within the top 3 search results for all its target demographics.

Having already provided them with effective software within an extremely competitive website, in 2012 they contacted us a second time to once again update their web presence. In the span of one month we gave their website a fresh new look, as well as providing them with a custom Content Management System to help them maintain their site.

In 2018 we rebuilt the website from scratch to make it behave like software rather than a website, launching the update in January, 2019. The site is also wider, adapts to all screen resolutions, and the update provides several usability and "quality of life" improvements. As the internet evolves, so do our clients' websites.

Unfortunately, Future Air was forced to shut down as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Nonetheless, we are still proud of our work with this client and will continue to showcase this update on our website.
